The General Union of Voluntary Societies hands over its support allocations to the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization for the people in Gaza.

On behalf of the President of the Administrative Board of the General Union of Voluntary Societies Dr. Atef Adeibat, Deputy President Ayyash Krishan presented a check of twenty thousand dinars to the Secretary-General of the Hashemite Jordanian Charity Organization, Hussein Al-Shibli.

Krishan stated that this amount comes as a donation provided by the General Union of Voluntary Societies for the benefit of the people and brothers in Gaza. It is entirely from the revenues of the charitable Jordan Lotto, scratch cards, and drawers.

He pointed out that this support is in line with royal directives to support the people in Gaza and is part of the responsibility placed on the General Union of Voluntary Societies to stand by our brothers in Palestine.

He emphasized that Jordan, in terms of leadership, government, institutions, and people, will remain the strongest support for Palestine and a supporter of its rights to establish its independent state with Jerusalem as its capital. He appealed to representatives of the charitable sector in the kingdom to provide all possible assistance to help our brothers in Gaza and alleviate their suffering under the conditions of destruction and siege they are experiencing.
