HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE
All winners must present their winning Lotto ticket receipt as a condition to receive their prizes.
Make sure that your ticket is clear, readable and contains the information related to the draw.
Prizes are paid to the ticket receipt holder, who is considered as the rightful owner, starting from the second working day following the date of the draw and up to 90 days inclusive.
Prizes are considered null after the expiry of the mentioned period.
Tickets issued cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Prizes claimed and collected at the Lotto Jordan Headquarters are:
- The 1st rank prize winners of 6 correct numbers
- The 2nd rank prize winners of 5 correct numbers
- The 3rd rank prize winners of 4 correct numbers
The 4th rank prize winners of 3 correct numbers can claim & collect their prizes from any approved Lotto point of sales as well as from the Lotto headquarters.
You Participation in "LOTTO JORDAN" is subject to the rules and regulation specified by the Jordanian Charitable Lottery System, and the proceeds of these tickets are returned to the Jordanian General Union of Voluntary societies.
All prizes exceeding 1,000 Jordanian dinars are subject to 15% income tax, according to Jordanian law.
