The General Union of Charitable Societies completes its preparations to launch the “Jordan Charity Lotto”

Ammon - By Ali Freihat - During its meeting today, headed by the President of the General Union, Dr. Atef Odibat, the General Union of Voluntary Societies completed its preparations for the launch of the Electronic Jordanian Lottery (LOTTO) next Sunday at its headquarters.

Dr. Odibat said that all logistical preparations and coordination with various institutions and concerned parties have been prepared to make this event a success In proportion to the importance of this occasion and to highlight the efforts made by the General Union to keep pace with technological developments and issue the electronic lottery (LOTTO) in a civilized manner consistent with the requirements of the times and progress in this field, indicating that the forms of lottery Al-Khairi is represented by paper wheels, scratching and electronic.

During the meeting, which was attended by a number of members of the ceremony committee, he indicated that the charity lottery, over the course of more than (51) years, has made a quantum leap in the resources of the General Union, as the lottery has witnessed a development represented by the issuance of a new system that is compatible with the laws and regulations so that the General Union can issue other types of lotteries. Especially scratching and electronic, with the aim of increasing and improving the union’s revenues.

And he indicated that the ceremony would include a briefing on the Jordanian Charity Lottery process, announcing the launch of the electronic lottery (LOTTO), and opening the way for the press and the media for dialogue, discussion, and directing any questions or inquiries, in addition to honoring the media supporting the activities and programs of the General Federation.
